Guy Routledge - CEO
Guy has a degree in Architecture and a background in property development, property management, and furniture design and production. He has been involved in The Colonnades and the development of Niche’s management system and support ethos since 2015 transforming the project into the supportive community and growing business it is today. He is a founding member of the Community Benefit Society and spearheaded the move to secure the current and growing portfolio of properties as long-term housing from those at risk of homelessness.
Maggie Routledge - COO
Maggie is the founder of the business and first began managing The Colonnades over 20 years ago. A former lawyer and partner in a legal firm, she worked for many years on property-based acquisitions and disposals, divorce, child care, possession and tribunal work. Since leaving the law she has grown a profitable student housing portfolio along side developing/managing The Colonnades as general needs housing, as well as many other businesses associated with her passion for horses.
Peter Joseph Fitzsimons - Non Executive
Peter is a financial advisor, life assurance, family protection, and mortgage broker. He is registered and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Throughout his adult life he has tried to help as many people in whatever way he can either directly, or by being a sympathetic ear or pointing someone in the right direction. Peter was also previously for many years a Trustee for a registered equine charity as their Welfare Officer.
Victor Law - Non Executive
Victor is a retired Household Cavalry Officer and former ADC to Lord Mountbatton. On leaving the Armed Forces he became a member of the CSI and is a financial ambassador for Schroders Private Bank. His long interest in the welfare of those less fortunate resulted in an OBE for services to the Order of St John. He also has the title of DATO, the highest civilian order from Malaysia and Commander Most Honourable from the Crown of Johar.
Tony Booth - Non Executive
Tony is a former police officer who has a degree in 'Housing with Support', from the Chartered Institute of Housing where he is also a chartered member. His career has included being a housing management officer, operations manager and Head of Housing for various Housing Associations. Tony is currently the Property Solutions Manager for Fairhome Group plc, who develop homes for those vulnerable and in need of long term housing and support.
Fraser Muir - Non Executive
Fraser has founded and manages a very successful and profitable plumbing and heating business, growing it from small domestic jobs to 7 figure contracts for regional developers. He has had a life long passion for supporting those less fortunate than himself and sees his role on the board as a continuation of that passion. His knowledge and connection with the construction industry is a valuable addition to the team.
